It's Spring, which means our trees come out of their winter hibernation to create our crop that will be harvested in the Fall. We've had more than average rainfall and everything is so green and alive. Our bees have been hard at work pollinating the blossoms and reaping their rewards in the form of pollen and nectar. Walks in the orchard during this time of year are glorious! We've seen this all before, and somehow it still feels like a miracle. To new beginnings.
