This time of year, we're prepping for our harvest and that means making sure our trees have sufficient water to make it to the finish line without too much stress. We irrigate with water from the Tuolumne River that comes to us via the Turlock Irrigation District. It's been a challenging year in terms of having sufficient water for the trees with the drought, but we feel our organic farming practices are more important than ever.
