When customers tell us our almonds taste good, we tell them it's because we've been building our soil for forty years. Our regenerative practices include growing weeds, mowing them, shredding our brush, applying organic compost and rock dust, and doing minimal tillage. The soil organisms on our twenty acres have flourished and we think you can taste the difference in our almonds. If you want to grow something delicious, you start from the ground up.
